The before state

Royal Treat Wellness Center is a hijama and cupping clinic in Deira, Dubai. Before adopting PikkaPOS, the team was running the entire clinic on a shared Google Sheet — appointments, patient names, payments, and follow-ups all in one tab. Patient leads from Meta ad campaigns landed in Facebook’s lead-form export, were copy-pasted into the sheet, and frequently went 24+ hours without a response. No-show rate hovered around 35%. Aftercare messaging was manual and inconsistent.

What changed

The clinic onboarded onto PikkaPOS over a single weekend in January 2026. Three things flipped at once:

Methodology & verification

Booking counts compare Q1 2026 (Jan–Mar, on PikkaPOS) against Q4 2025 (Oct–Dec, pre-PikkaPOS Google Sheet). No-show rate measured as confirmed bookings that did not check in, divided by total confirmed bookings, over the same comparison windows. Revenue-per-visit compares mean basket value at checkout, holding service mix constant.

All numbers were independently extracted from the PikkaPOS reporting export and cross-checked against the clinic’s prior Google Sheet by Royal Treat’s clinic manager.
